This dish has been a favorite at Sherry’s mother’s house for as long as I can remember. It’s loved by all in the family, and everyone who tastes her stuffed celery wants the recipe. We happened to have Rachel’s hand-written recipe.
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
2 pkgs blue cheese, softened
blanced almonds or pecans, chopped
stuffed olives, chopped
Combine cheeses with chopped olives and nuts. Blend in mayo to desired consistency. Stuff into celery sticks and dust with a few sprinkles of paprika. Chill until ready to serve.
