Macaroni & Cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
3 eggs beaten
10 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
2 1/4 cups milk
1 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Prepare macaroni according to package instructions; drain and place in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix well; then pour into a 9″ baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Place in oven for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
