1 pound mushrooms; cleaned and sliced
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup grated smoked cheese
1 cup grated mild cheese (Mozzarella, etc.)
1/2 cup scallions, chopped.

Heat oil in skillet and cook mushrooms for a few minutes. Add the salt, pepper, dill and mustard. Cook until excess liquid has evaporated. Stir in cheeses and scallions.
Spread mixture over your favorite pizza dough, or pita bread, tortillas, etc., and bake until melted and bubbly.
