Hazel’s Salsa

Our son’s good friend, Hazel, brings this over when they come to dinner. It’s superb!
3 red tomatoes, grilled and chopped
1 poblano,grilled and chopped
2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper
juice of 2 lemons
Toast tomatoes and poblano on grill; peel, seed, and chop poblano. Chop tomato; then blend all together with juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
