Giada’s BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
3/4 cups catsup
1 T Worchestershire
1/3 cup brown sugar
1T Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
pinch of salt and some
black pepper

Chicken thighs and breasts
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a sauce pan. Simmer until reduced by one third (about 20 minutes).
Season thighs and breasts with salt and pepper. Brush with some of the sauce. Flip chicken and repeat with salt, pepper, and sauce. Begin grilling skin side down; about 8 minutes per side.
