Low Sodium Breakfast Sausage

Mar 9, 2021Lagniappe, Meat

Jimmy Dean’s Frozen Patties contain 560 mg of Sodium per serving. I found also, a home-made low-sodium sausage recipe here: https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1369504

It comes in at a whopping 36 mg as compared to 560 mg for the Jimmy Dean  Brand. I think I’ll give this one a try.
