Found a family pack of pork chops on sale, and decided to pan fry them. Turned out pretty good.
Sirloin Pork Chops (about 1/2″ thick or so)
Heat (medium high)a few tablespoons of oil in a cast iron skillet. Season chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown first side; then turn and brown the other side. Cover while cooking the second side. Drain on a paper towel covered plate.
