Ingredients
5 pounds chicken wings
5 cloves garlic ; minced
5 1/2 inches ginger ; slices, peeled
1 cup soy sauce
4 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Heat soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar just to boiling point.
Add chicken wings. Cover and cook for 1/2 hour. Remove lid and
continue cooking for another 1/2 hour. During entire cooking time,
stir frequently.
