We’re still enjoying the Nuwave when we need a meal quick and easy. We keep a bag of frozen Salmon filets around for just this purpose. I just take them out of the wrapper and place skin side up on the 4″ grid. Then cook for 7 minutes. Turn, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, etc. And cook another 7 minutes.

Remove to a plate and use a fork to flake off a bit to make a quick taco. I put a little bit of mayo and Sriracha sauce on a flour tortilla; a couple of tablespoons or so of flaked fish; and roll it up.  Yum!
