I got a good deal on a family pack of chicken legs. I put down a sheet of foil on the grid (set to 4″) and cut several slits in the foil with a knife.
Place legs on grid and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Old Bay and paprika. I was able to get six legs on at once and still have space between each one.
Cook for 13 minutes; turn and season the other side. Cook another 13 minutes. Test with thermometer; and cook another 2 minutes if needed. Allow to rest a few minutes; then enjoy!
