Still trying to figure out this Nuwave Oven. It does some things very well; and some things not so well. These turned out pretty good. It’s no substitute for slow smoked on the grill, but not bad.
1 pound pork ribs cut into serving pieces
Cook 6 minutes on 1″ rack; turn and cook another 6 minutes. Place ribs in zip lock baggie and pour in the BBQ sauce. Allow to marinate at room temperature for at least one hour; or overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove ribs to 4″ rack and cook 5-6 minutes; turn and cook another 5-6 minutes.
